The type of personal information we collect

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when purchasing products from Dylun10, we will collect the following information to be able to process your order:

  • Name
  • Address (Billing and Delivery)
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address

You do not need to create an account with Dylun10 to be able to process an order, but if you do create an account the information collected will be securely collected and stored by us to make placing future orders quicker and easier for customers.

Dylun10 does not have direct access to payment card information unless specific, direct consent is given by the customer. All online and card payment information is stored and managed externally by either HSBC or PayPal.

In order to undertake website personalisation, we will also gather information about the devices you use to access our sites (desktop and mobile), and this may include IP addresses. For further information on our use of cookies and tracking please see our Cookie Notice below.
